Luk Fook Financial is hiring Assistant Analyst (Summer Intern). Location: Hong Kong.

As an Assistant Analyst intern in Luk Fook Financial, you will support Senior Analysts in their day-to-day responsibilities.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct due diligence on companies and industries by researching, reading financial statements and market data and visiting companies when needed.
- Assist in preparing stock recommendations and market updates for PMs and sales team.
- Assist to create and maintain detailed financial and AI-native quantitative models.
- Cultivate ongoing understanding of financial markets, instruments.
- Assist with internal projects to enhance team efficiency
- Collaborate with regional teams on cross-functional initiatives
Who we are looking for
- Currently pursuing the final year, or, a recent graduate of a Bachelor degree or above from a world class institution in a relevant major;
such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data and Computer Science. - Proficiency in MS Office
- Intellectual curiosity and true passion in global financial markets
- Ability to perform in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
- Can work under pressure
- Able to think outside the box
- Strong English and Chinese Mandarin (Putonghua) capability in writing and speaking is a must.
Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process
- Highly motivated, confident self-starter and calculated risk-taker with the ability to work independently and with others
- Sound knowledge of AI is a strong plus
