Important Notice

Third party deposits / withdrawals are NOT accepted.

Clients should register their designated bank account with Luk Fook for settlement purpose. If any third party deposits/withdrawals found, Luk Fook reserves the rights to reject, and/or obtain further supporting information from the account holder to confirm the identity of the third party. Clients will be responsible for the risk and loss including but not limited to any force liquidation activities taken by Luk Fook resulting from failing to meet margin requirement as well as cost, arising out of making third party deposits/withdrawals, and Luk Fook shall not be liable for any loss or cost incurred due to the delay in recording such deposits / withdrawals in client’s accounts.

During the approval period for third-party deposits/withdrawals, if the customer wants to arrange for the deposit to be returned to its source or cancel the withdrawal request, please contact your account manager or call (852) 2980 0888.

Cut-off time

Luk Fook shall not be liable for any loss incurred due to the delay in recording deposits for Clients.

For remittance, handling charges will be charged by payment bank and intermediary bank. Remittance will be received in 2 to 3 trading days, subject to the processing time of the payment bank and intermediary bank.

Fund Withdrawal Method
Clients should complete the form and submit it in person to Luk Fook. Alternatively, Clients can submit withdrawal request through online trading accounts. Withdrawal instruction received by Luk Fook before 11:00 am will usually be processed before 5:00 pm on the same trading day, whereas instruction received after 11:00 am will usually be processed on the next trading day. The following withdrawal methods are available:
1. Cheque Withdrawal (HKD)
Cheque will be cleared after 4 pm on the next settlement day after the cheque has been deposited into designated bank account.
2. CHATS
Clients must provide the name and SWIFT Code of the receiving bank for CHATS withdrawal. Handling charge is HK$ 150 per application.
3. Remittance
Clients must provide the name and SWIFT Code of the receiving bank for Remittance withdrawal. Handling charge is HK$ 250 per transaction or the cost charged by relevant banks, whichever is higher. Clients should make sure that the account name of the receiving bank is consistent with the pre-registered bank account designated with Luk Fook, including its Chinese and/or English spelling.
