With reference to the Exchange Circular (Ref: CT/099/23) on 6 July 2023, the name of Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has been changed to Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC). Amendments to relevant rules and procedures of the Exchange in relation to AFRC will come into effect on 22 November 2023 (Wednesday).
