For corporate account opening, please provide the following supporting documents.

• Memorandum and Articles of Association ( certified true copy )*
• Board Resolution/minutes approving opening of account and authorized persons
• Copy of Certificate of Incorporation ( certified true copy )*
• Copy of current Business Registration Certificate ( certified true copy )*applicable to Hong Kong Registered Company
• Register of Directors ( certified true copy )*
• Register of Members ( certified true copy )*
• Latest Financial Statement ( certified true copy )*
• Latest Annual Return ( certified true copy )*
• Letter of AuthorizationAndInformation Statement of Authorized Person ("AP")
• Hong Kong identity card or passport copy of each of the the Directors, Substantial shareholders, guarantors and persons authorized to operate the account
• Address proof from the recent 3 months of the Business Address. (e.g. utilities bill, bank statement etc)
• A copy of Bank Account Proof (e.g. Bank Card, Bank Book, Bank Monthly Statement or Confirmation letter issued from bank (must contain Company Name and Account Number))
• Self-Certification Form – Entity (for Corporate Account)
• Self-Certification Form – Controlling Person
• Updated Person al Information Collection Statement in relation to the Hong Kong Investor Identification Regime (HKIDR) and the Over The Counter Securities Transactions Reporting Regime (OTCR) - Consent Form
