Notice of Adjustment of Securities Trading Settlement Fees in Hong Kong Stocks

Dear Valued Customers:

We would like to inform you that, according to the announcement of Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (“HKSCC”),  Securities Trading Settlement Fee for HK Stock will be revised as follows with effect from 30 June 2025:

Recent Phishing Scam Impersonating Other Brokers

This is a reminder that scam SMS messages are currently circulating, impersonating other Hong Kong brokers and falsely claiming that recipients must update their account information or risk account suspension. These messages contain links to fake websites designed to steal login credentials, leading to unauthorized account access and financial loss. Our company would like to take this opportunity to remind you to stay vigilant and follow these precautions to protect your account:

1. Our company will not ask clients to provide sensitive personal information via hyperlinks, including login credentials and one-time passwords.
2. Clients should not disclose their account login information to any unverified websites, even if they look genuine.
3. Do not click on links in suspicious SMS or emails.
4. Always confirm you are on our official website before entering any information.
