Please log in to your futures and options trading system and go to the "Preferences" column, then click "Change Password" to change your password directly. The new password must be a combination of letters and numbers between 6 and 8 numbers. .
Dormant Accounts are those client’s Securities, Futures and/or Stock Options accounts which didn’t have any activities (including trading, fund deposit/withdrawal, stock deposit/withdrawal and corporate actions that will result in stock and/or fund movements) for the past two years, anddo not have any balance (both cash and product).

Inactive Accounts are those client’s Securities, Futures and/or Stock Options accounts which didn’t have any activities (including trading, fund deposit/withdrawal, stock deposit/withdrawal and corporate actions that will result in stock and/or fund movements) for the past two years, but have balance (cash and/or product).
