FAQ

Please log in to your online trading account first and go to the "Account Management" column to change your password directly. The new password must be a combination of letters and numbers between 6 and 8 numbers.

Customers please log in to the online trading platform and check the daily statements and monthly statements of the last 6 months in "Account Management".

Online trading platform: Customers can check various transaction information and status in the "Transaction Status" of Luk Fook Securities' online trading platform.

Mobile trading platform: Customers can check various transaction information and status by clicking "Transaction Status" on the "Trading" page of the Luk Fook Securities mobile trading platform.

New instruction (NEW) – that is, the order is still in the GTS system server and has not yet been sent to the market.

Waiting (WA) – Luk Fook Securities (Hong Kong) Limited has received the transaction order and is forwarding the order to the Exchange.

Processing (PRO) – The order is in the process of leaving the system server to the Exchange

Queuing (Q) – The order has left the GTS system server and is being queued on the Exchange.

Partial Execution (PEX) – A transaction order (normal limit order or enhanced limit order) only partially completes the transaction quantity. The quantity that cannot be traded will wait for the highest position.

Full Execution (FEX) – The order has been fully executed.

Rejected (REJ) – The transaction order has been rejected.

Cancelled (CAN) – The transaction instruction has been canceled by the customer.
