Mr. Hui Chiu Chung Stephen, JP
Mr. Hui is the Chairman of LUKFOOK FINANCIAL, has over 50 years of experience in the securities and investment industry. Mr. Hui is currently appointed as the Justice of the Peace by the Government of the Hong Kong SAR; Member of the Election Committee for Representatives of HKSAR for the People’s Congress of China; and Member of Zhuhai Hengqin New Area Advisory Committee.
Mr. Hui was appointed by various official authorities, ranging from Council member and Vice Chairman of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; Director of the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited; Member of the Listing Committee of The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited; Appointed member of the Securities and Futures Appeal Tribunal; Member of the Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission; Member of the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform; Independent member of Appeal Panel of the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong; Independent Non-Executive Director of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited; Member of the Zhuhai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political; Consultative Conference; and Member of the Election Committee for HKSAR.
Managing Director
Mr. Au Kim Fung Allen
Mr. Au Kim Fung Allen joined LUKFOOK FINANCIAL as the Managing Director with over 35 years of experience in the securities industry. He is a Responsible Officer licensed with the SFC for dealing in securities, futures contracts, advising on securities and asset management (regulated activity 1, 2 4 and 9 respectively).
Prior to joining the Group, he worked for several local and overseas financial institutions, including OSK Asia Group, UOB Kay Hian, Seapower Securities, and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Mr. Au obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hong Kong Metropolitan University and relevant financial diplomas from the City University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr. Sui Ming Fai
Robin
Mr. Sui Ming Fai Robin has over 20 years of experience in financial industry. Robin is a Responsible Officer licensed with the SFC for dealing in securities, futures contracts, advising on securities and asset management. Robin is mainly responsible for supervising daily regulated businesses and operation as well as monitoring operation risk and control under the Group.
Before joining the Group, Robin was the Executive Director of OSK HK, Associated Director of UOB Kay Hian. Senior Marketing Manager of OSK Asia, and Audit Supervisor of Li Tang Chen & Co CPA.
Robin is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and graduated from York University with a bachelor degree in Administrative Studies in Accounting.

Mr. Chong Tai Sui
William
Mr. Chong Tai Sui William is an Executive Director of LUKFOOK FINANCIAL with over 30 years of experience in securities and futures market (Great China and Asia), corporate financing and capital market. William was the founder of MayFair Financial Services Limited (“MayFair”) in 1988 and was the CEO of MayFair during the periods of 1988 to 2010.
With William’s leadership, MayFair became a professional local brokerage firm. In 2010, MayFair was fully acquired by HNA Group
Subsequently, William joined the Group as Executive Director until now. William is graduated from University of Toronto with bachelor degree.
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Wong See Wei Joyce
Ms. Wong See Wei Joyce is currently the COO of LUKFOOK FINANCIAL. Joyce has over 25 years of experience in financial compliance field. Before joining LUKFOOK FINANCIAL, she worked with several overseas and domestic financial institutions including, BNP Paribas, Hong Kong Branch, Citibank Global Market Asia Limited, Cantor Fitzgerald (Hong Kong) Capital Markets Limited, Yunfeng Financial Group Limited (formerly known as Reorient Group Limited), ZZ Capital International Limited, GOME Group & Rexcapital Financial Holdings Limited (formerly known as OSK Asia Group). In addition, Joyce worked as compliance supervisor of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited’s Compliance division and Ernst & Young CPA firm as auditor before.
Joyce is graduated from Monash University in Australia with Master of Business Law and she is a qualified CPA (Aust) member.
Director, Strategic Planning and Business Development
Ms. Yuan Yiling Elaine
Ms. Yuan Yiling Elaine has been working in Hong Kong financial industry for 10 years. From 2011 to 2017, assisted and led the landing of China's largest Internet financial platform in Hong Kong. During this period, she established good relationships with a number of Chinese enterprises, institutions and liaison Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and also carried out friendly cooperation with Hong Kong association of local financial and some foreign financial institutions in Chinese market promotion.
Since 2017, she has joined LUKFOOK FINANCIAL Platform and assisted the Chairman & CEO to expand the Chinese mainland market, mainly in the Greater Bay Area, and participated in strategic cooperation arrangements and negotiations.
Director of Product and Trading
Ms. Wan Juexi Kyrie
Ms. Wan Juexi Kyrie has near a decade’s experience in trading and advising in multi-asset class financial products. She started her career as a valuation analyst in derivatives and subsequently become a practitioner in the convertible bonds in 2012. She specialized in trading across asset classes including HY bonds, structured products and other listed securities globally.
Kyrie obtained her Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration (Hons) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with the concentration in General Finance. She became a CFA in 2016.
